...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM CHST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  6 to 8 feet.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Observations indicate gusts of 25 to 30 kt
  are still ongoing and will continue through the night. Gusts are
  expected decrease in frequency and strength Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce wave conditions hazardous to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels...should avoid sailing in these conditions.
