MORNING...

* WHAT...Frequent wind gusts subsiding to below 25 kt.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Choppy wind-driven seas will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Latest satellite wind data trends show the
  area of stronger winds shifting to the west. This will allow winds
  and gusts to fall below hazardous levels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
