* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 8 to
11 feet.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A trade-wind surge across the region, in
  combination with elevated trade and north swells, will keep marine
  conditions hazardous to small craft through the weekend. Winds are
  expected to decrease Sunday, but seas will be a little slower to
  subside.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
