The areas affected include...North-Central Rota Coastal Waters...

At 1028 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing a waterspout, winds to around 30 knots, and
small hail. This thunderstorm was located over the north-central
Rota coastal waters.

The thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect a possible waterspout, gusty winds to around 30
knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should
seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
