No rain fell yesterday at the Guam International Airport, which
has allowed the KBDI to rise to 738. This is in the high category
due to winds forecast to remain below the 20 mph threshold. Winds
should remain below and relative humidity values above the Red
Flag Warning criteria the next few days. A wetting rain is not
expected over the next several days, which will allow the KBDI to
continue to rise.
