A trace of rain fell at the Guam airport yesterday, allowing the KBDI
to rise to 587, which is still in the high category. Nothing is left
the shear line except some debris clouds now. Winds will be near the
critical thresholds today, and humidities could also exceed. The KBDI
is still just below, and the NDVI is still good, so we shouldn`t need
any fire weather WWA today. On Saturday, the winds could rise again,
and the drought index is expected to rise above 600 on Friday.
