...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM CHST EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Guam.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1258 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This is
    causing urban and small stream flooding.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tamuning, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona,
    Hagatna Heights, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Asan, Piti
    and Santa Rita.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
