...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 AM CHST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam.

* WHEN...Until 745 AM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 545 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream
    flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas are possible.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot,
    Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-
    Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and
    Umatac.
