...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 AM CHST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern half of Guam.

* WHEN...Until 630 AM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 534 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
    cause urban and small stream flooding.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.6 to 1.4 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Barrigada, Andersen AFB and
    Mongmong-Toto-Maite.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
