...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 PM CHST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam.

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1045 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour could lead localized
    flooding in urban areas.
    A rapid rise in streams and creeks could lead to flooding
    along low lying roads.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot,
    Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo,
    Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti,
    Santa Rita and Umatac.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
