* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam.

* WHEN...Until 645 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 533 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Heavy rainfall and reduced visibility could make traveling
    hazardous at times.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot,
    Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo,
    Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Asan, Piti and Santa Rita.
