...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM CHST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 133 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
    cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.0
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot,
    Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-
    Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
