The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Guam...

* Until 430 PM ChST.

* At 227 PM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  showers and possible thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the
  warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The
  expected rainfall rate is 3 to 4 inches per hour. Additional
  rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area.
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by showers and thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, and streets as well as other poor drainage and
           low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Chalan Pago-Ordot, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Sinajana,
  Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
