  - Locally heavy rainfall is expected for Guam and Rota
    due to a tropical disturbance, TD 32W, passing south of Guam
    this week. TD32W continues to consolidate and organize as it
    moves northwest between Yap Proper and Marianas. Some of the
    showers and thunderstorms associated with TD 32W could result
    in localized flash flooding, particularly across Guam.
    Rainfall of 4 to 6 inches with locally higher amounts is
    possible over Guam and Rota through Friday afternoon.
