This Hydrologic Outlook is being updated to inform of the issuance
of a Flood Watch for Guam and Rota, from late tonight through Friday
afternoon as Invest 90W moves northwest, near or just south of the
Marianas. A flood watch may be issued for Tinian and Saipan later
this week and weekend if 90W`s track brings it closer to the
Marianas, and prolonged heavy rainfall is expected further north.
