.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Gentle to fresh monsoon flow will
continue today, as a monsoon surge induced by nearby Invest Area 97W
slowly moves off to the northwest. Combined seas of 6 to 8 feet are
expected to diminish to between 4 and 6 feet by Thursday. With
marine conditions already below hazardous levels, the warnings are
being canceled.
