Moderate to very fresh winds with occasional near-gale gusts will prevail across the region tonight, as Tropical Storm Fung-wong (32W) continues its trek toward the Philippines. Combined seas of 7 to 10 feet, comprised of lingering southerly swell, background easterly swells and localized wind waves, will continue to produce sea conditions hazardous to small craft tonight.
