.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Combined seas of 2 to 3 feet and
light to gentle winds are expected to build tonight and Tuesday
as a tropical disturbance (Invest 95W) approaches the region.
Seas are expected to build to 6 feet by Tuesday night. Seas and
winds will then decrease Wednesday as Invest 95W moves northwest
and away from the region. An approaching TUTT cell will keep
isolated thunderstorms in the forecast for the next several days.
