Winds then look to strengthen through the latter half of the week as tropical disturbance Invest 98W approaches the region. Combined seas of 4 to 6 feet, comprised mainly of a primary easterly swell and secondary westerly swell, are expected to increase through the second half of the week as 98W develops near the region, leading to hazardous sea conditions.
