Combined seas of 4 to 6 feet will increase to between 6 and 8 feet Thursday night or Friday as a new pulse of long-period north swell builds in from distant Typhoon Neoguri, well to the north of the Marianas. Seas are a combination of an ongoing north swell from distant Typhoon Neoguri, lingering west swell from distant Typhoon Ragasa and a small east swell.
