.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...In the Guam and Rota Waters,
mainly light to gentle winds and combined seas of 3 to 5 feet will
persist the next several days. For the Tinian and Saipan Waters,
gentle to fresh winds will continue through tonight, with frequent
gusts to near gale strength today. A Small Craft Advisory has been
issued because of those gusts, which are being caused by a
tropical disturbance (Invest Area 95W) passing through. Seas and
winds will then decrease Wednesday as Invest 95W moves northwest
and away from the region. An approaching TUTT cell will keep
isolated thunderstorms in the forecast for the next several days.
