.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Gentle to moderate winds will
build to gentle to fresh by Tuesday, then, the winds will begin
gradually fall to light the gentle by the end of the week.
Combined seas are expected to be 3 to 5 feet through the week.
Passing trade- wind troughs and weak upper-level divergence will
bring periods of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
tonight and the latter half of the week.
