.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Combined seas of 2 to 4 feet and
light to gentle winds are expected through Monday. An approaching
tropical disturbance will bring winds up to moderate levels at
Guam and up to fresh levels in the CNMI on Tuesday, and seas could
reach 5 feet. Thereafter, seas and winds will calm back down to
current levels. An approaching TUTT cell will increase the risk of
thunderstorms over the waters over the next couple of days.
