.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...
Moderate to fresh southwest winds and combined seas of 5 to 7
feet for Guam and Rota, increasing to between 7 and 9 feet, and 7
to 9 feet for Tinian and Saipan, increasing to between 8 and 10
feet. The increased winds and seas will continue through Sunday
night as Typhoon Saudel passes to the north. Winds will diminish
by Monday and seas will follow Tuesday.
