...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GREENVILLE AND
NORTHEASTERN ANDERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM EDT...

At 742 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles south of Greenville Downtown, or 4 miles south of Donaldson
Center, moving south at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Piedmont, Belton, Williamston, West Pelzer, Donaldson Center,
Simpsonville, Fork Shoals, and Princeton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
