...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN ROWAN COUNTY
THROUGH 930 PM EDT...
At 843 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Salisbury, or near China Grove, moving southwest
at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Kannapolis, China Grove, Landis, Enochville, Rockwell, Faith, Mount
Ulla, and Gold Hill.
