Although temperatures will gradually warm this morning as winds
slowly diminish, some high elevation mountain and ridgetop locations
will continue to have bitterly cold wind chills through the middle
part of the day. However, across most of the area, apparent
temperatures should stay above minus 5 degrees. Thus, the Cold
Weather Advisory will be allowed to expire at 10 am.
