* WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia, upstate South Carolina, and
  the Charlotte metropolitan area.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use low-beam headlights and fog lamps, and
leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog will mainly be confined to valleys,
  particularly the major valleys such as those along the Little
  Tennessee, Pigeon, French Broad, and Toe Rivers.
