Hazardous weather is not expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. There is a Marginal Risk for a few strong to severe thunderstorms on Thursday across the South Carolina Upstate, North Carolina Piedmont and Foothills, and Northeast Georgia. Damaging wind gusts are expected to be the main threat from any stronger storms. In addition, an unseasonably cold airmass will spread over the area this weekend and linger thru early next week. By Monday, high temperatures will likely only reach the low to mid 40s, with lows in the upper teens to low 20s. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... By Monday, high temperatures are expected to only reach the 30s over most of the NC mountains, with lows in the teens.
