Conditions will be favorable for slow-moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain through this evening, which may cause isolated flash flooding. Areas of particular concern include the foothills of the Carolinas and Georgia near the Blue Ridge Escarpment, and in the urban corridor of western Upstate South Carolina, including Clemson, Greenville, and Spartanburg. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Slow-moving thunderstorms producing very heavy rainfall may recur at times on Saturday. A localized flash flood threat will persist in the areas described above, being increasingly likely in locations that receive multiple rounds of heavy rainfall over the two-day period. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
