minimum RH in the 40 to 45% range expected this afternoon. Winds from
the southwest will increase to 5 to 10 mph by late morning, with some
gusts of 15 to 20 mph expected from late morning into the afternoon.
Otherwise, mostly cloudy skies will continue early this morning, with
steadily clearing skies expected through the day.
