.DISCUSSION...
A very rainy Wednesday is in store as a strong low pressure system
affects the region.  The first round of rain is already underway, and
will taper off through late this morning.  The second round will
begin this afternoon, and really pick up steam tonight.  From now
through daybreak Thursday, around 1.25 to 1.5 inches of rainfall are
expected at the spot site near Marshall and the surrounding areas.

Especially tonight, this is expected to cause isolated nuisance
flooding of low-lying and poor-drainage areas.

Thursday morning, a strong cold front will push through the area,
clearing out moisture and causing rain to end.
