.DISCUSSION...
A few ongoing showers and storms are in place across the area, with one
shower in particular located just east of the requested location.  It`s
generally expected for shower/thunder activity to ramp down steadily over
the next 2-3 hours, giving way to dry conditions overnight.  Steady north
wind expected overnight.  A low temp in the mid 60s is expected.

Tuesday looks like a repeat of today, with quiet conditions in the
morning and scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.  Highs
will climb into the upper 70s, possibly hitting 80 degrees.
