.DISCUSSION...
1. Isolated thunderstorms possible this afternoon through early
evening, mainly near the Blue Ridge Escarpment and in the mountains
near the Tennessee border later this evening. A few storms may
become severe, with damaging wind gusts being the main threat.
2. Drier weather returns Sunday through early next week, with
afternoon shower and thunderstorm chances returning by midweek.
