River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 436 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the Advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen over the area with additional rain likely over the next few hours. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
