...Snow Moving In...

 At 645 pm, an area of snow near Grand Rapids and Ionia was sinking
southward. Some of this snow was locally heavy. The snow will
continue to shift south through 800 pm, impacting parts of U.S. 131
through Allegan County. Also, the temperature will fall a few
degrees as the snow develops, leading to near or below freezing
values. This will allow the snow to eventually stick to the roads.
The snow will weaken as is slips south of this region later this
evening.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes to the visibility and
possible slick conditions.
