  extending from 30 nm northeast of Wind Pt. to 24 nm northeast of
  Wilmette Harbor, moving northeast at 55 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Saugatuck Pier Heads and Grand Haven Light.
