  Open Waters from St Joseph to Whitehall MI...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 254 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 14 nm west of Muskegon Light to 19 nm west of Grand
  Haven Light to 25 nm west of Port Sheldon Harbor, moving northeast
  at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
