...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 knots and waves 1 to 3 feet
  building to 3 to 5 feet near Big Sable Point.

* WHERE...Pentwater to Manistee MI.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northerly winds will increase this
  afternoon and evening which will build waves into the 3 to 5
  foot range. Conditions will become hazardous to smaller craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
