* WHAT...For the first Gale Warning, southwest winds 30 to 40
  knots and waves 7 to 12 feet expected. For the Storm Watch,
  west winds 35 to 45 knots with gusts up to 50 knots and waves
  13 to 18 feet possible. For the second Gale Warning, northwest
  winds 30 to 40 knots with gusts up to 45 knots and waves 10 to
  15 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Pentwater.

* WHEN...For the first Gale Warning, from 3 AM to 10 AM EST
  Wednesday. For the Storm Watch, from Wednesday morning through
  Thursday morning. For the second Gale Warning, from 7 AM
  Thursday to 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves could capsize
  or damage vessels and reduce visibility.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should prepare to remain in port, alter course, and/or
