The areas affected include...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from St Joseph to Pentwater MI...

At 844 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Pentwater
Pier Heads to 33 nm west of Saugatuck Pier Heads to 12 nm east of
Wilmette Harbor, moving east at 20 knots.

  Muskegon Light around 910 AM EDT.
  Grand Haven Light around 930 AM EDT.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
