...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Holland to Whitehall MI...

At 330 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from near The White Lake
Pierheads to near Mona Lake Channel to 10 nm southwest of Grand Haven
Light, moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Grand Haven Light and Muskegon Light.
