This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower
Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

High temperatures in the lower 90s today and heat index values
around 95 degrees will pose a heat exhaustion risk for those
active outdoors without cooling or hydration.

Scattered thunderstorms may affect parts of West Michigan late
this evening and overnight.

The swim risk at Lake Michigan beaches near and north of Grand
Haven toward Manistee will become moderate to high this afternoon
due to increasing waves and currents.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Scattered thunderstorms with heavy downpours and gusts to 40 mph
are possible on Sunday.

A moderate to high swim risk at many Lake Michigan beaches is
expected on Sunday.

St Joseph to Manistee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Winds and waves on Lake Michigan will build this afternoon,
becoming hazardous for small craft and swimmers near and north of
Grand Haven toward Manistee.

Scattered thunderstorms will cross Lake Michigan late this evening
and overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Winds and waves on Lake Michigan will be hazardous for both small
craft and swimmers on Sunday.
