.DISCUSSION...

It`ll be another foggy start today with fog reducing visibilities
largely in the 1 to 3 mile range with spots below a mile possible.
Fog this morning should lift and stratus scatter out during the late
morning.

Winds today will be light and variable initially starting from the
southeast and turning to the west by the afternoon. Winds will
continue to veer tonight to the north with northerly winds expected
through most of the week. There is a 20 to 40 percent chance for very
light rain showers Tuesday night, otherwise dry conditions continue
until Friday night. Minimum relative humidity values will be in the
40s and 50s then dropping into the 30s for Thursday. Mixing heights
will be around 3000 to 5000 feet each afternoon.
