A frontal system will stall out just south of the state tonight.
Waves of low pressure will ride along this front through Wednesday
night, and bring rain chances mainly to areas south of I-96. A break
in the rain is expected for Thursday and Friday. A strong system
is expected to bring widespread rain to the area on Saturday.
