...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Michigan, including the
  following county, Ingham.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 718 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain. 2 to 4 inches of rainfall has been received.
    Isolated reports of water covered roadways have been received
    from near Okemos. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory
    area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Williamston, Okemos and Haslett.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
