* WHAT...Heavy snow expected, especially in the late afternoon and
  evening. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 7 inches.

* WHERE...Manitowoc County.

* WHEN...From noon today to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday
  evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
