* At 1143 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  from 16 NM southwest of Green Bay to 15 NM southwest of Oshkosh,
  moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Manitowoc around 1240 PM CDT.
