  extending from 9 nm northeast of Chambers Island to near Cana
  Island Light, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
