The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...

Nearshore waters from Washington Island to Sheboygan...
Open waters of Lake Michigan from Rock Island Passage to Sheboygan...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 345 PM CDT, a gust front shifting winds to the west was located
  along a line extending from 7 nm southwest of Sherwood Point Light
  to near Denmark to 19 nm west of Manitowoc to near Oshkosh, moving
  east at 30 knots. Thunderstorms with additional gusty winds and
  frequent lightning will then move into the warned areas following
  the gust front.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Kewaunee Pierhead Light, Rawley Point Light, Sturgeon Bay Ship
  Canal Light, Manitowoc, Two Rivers, and Algoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
